Location: Graduate Hotel Nashville

Event Check-In:

Friday, March 27, 4:00 - 5:00PM

**You must check in Friday night or contact us that you will be attending the tournament on Saturday! If you do not, we will assume you’re absent, and your seat will be given to an alternate. **

Friday Night –

Cocktail Party at Cross Eyed Critters

• Tables available for open play

• Dinner Included

• Wear pink (optional, but encouraged!)

• Singing and Karaoke

Saturday – Tournament Day

• Light Breakfast

• 8:30 AM – Tournament check-in

• 9:00 AM – Tournament begins

Tournament Format:

2025 NMJL card • Following NMJL rules • 4 rounds, 4 games per round • 60-minute rounds

Schedule:

• Rounds 1 & 2:

9:15 AM – 11:30 AM

• Lunch (provided): 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM

• Rounds 3 & 4: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Awards: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Evening: Dinner on your own - Enjoy Nashville!!

Sunday – Farewell Brunch White Limozeen

• Brunch included for all attendees

• Hugs, photos, and goodbyes
